Triple H Meets With Japanese Star During WWE's Trip To Japan

Recruiting mission?

WWE recently ran two live events at Tokyo's Ryogoku Sumo Hall, and for Chief Operating Officer Triple H, the trip overseas apparently involved him meeting with one particular promising young star.

A report from Yahoo: Japan claims that during the excursion to Japan, Triple H took part in a "top secret interview" with Sareee, the current World champion of two different promotions.

The 23-year-old Sareee is an eight-year pro, and defeated Aja Kong in May to capture World Woman Pro Wrestling Diana's World title. Four weeks later, Sareee defeated Chihiro Hashimoto in a title-for-title bout to win the Sendai Girls World title. Since winning the Sendai Girls belt, Sareee has continued to wrestle for both promotions.

Triple H suggested to the media that his trip to Japan concerned business, though he did work two matches for the tour, teaming with AJ Styles and The Club in an eight-man tag on the first night, before teaming with Shinsuke Nakamura to defeat Robert Roode and Samoa Joe on the second.
