Trish Stratus Reveals If WWE SummerSlam 2019 Match With Charlotte Flair Will Be Her Last

A battle for the ages...

WWE SummerSlam takes place this Sunday (August 11) from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

You can read the full match card, start time and predictions from Ross Tweddell and Tom Campbell here

One of the more intriguing matches on the card will see Trish Stratus take on Charlotte Flair, as the Attitude/Ruthless Agression's best goes up against the cream of today's crop.

The bout was set up after Flair and Stratus both agreed that the returning star was desperate for that 'one more match' - leading to speculation that SummerSlam 2019 could well be the last time we see Trish in action in a WWE ring.

The woman herself has been speaking in Toronto today and has stated that tomorrow's match will be the final match of her career. Although, that's exactly what you'd say if wanted everyone to believe a match was going to be your last when you know fine well it isn't...

PWInsider published the following report earlier today: "Trish Stratus, in doing media this weekend in Toronto, has explicitly stated that she feels her match with Charlotte Flair will be the final match of her career.

"...we are told she explained she did not see another scenario where she would have a better place to officially close the chapter in her wrestling career, given she would be in her hometown in such a high profile match.  Thus, Stratus feels this weekend would be it for her as a professional wrestler."
