Two Returning Superstars Reportedly Backstage At Last Night's WWE Raw
Staples Center in Los Angeles had two familiar faces in attendance...
Last night's WWE Raw saw Universal Champion Seth Rollins defeat SmackDown Live Tag Team Champion Daniel Bryan in the main event.
Baron Corbin then left Rollins - who had been attacking would-be special guest referees for Stomping Grounds' Universal title match with chairs all night - laying in the middle of the ring. The former General Manager Elect of Monday Night Raw closed the show with the Universal title above his head.
While everything went well for Raw in front of the cameras last night, behind the scenes a couple of returning Superstars were present.
The first of those was John Cena, with PWInsider confirming his attendance inside the Staples Center.
It's not clear at the time of writing what Cena was doing at last night's Raw. We haven't seen the leader of the Cenation in the ring since WrestleMania 35.
The other returning star was the manager of the Asuka and Kairi Sane tandem (if they're still a thing over on SmackDown Live, that is), Paige.
The former Divas Champion was said to be filming content of the Girl Up Campaign.
