Undertaker Set To Appear At Madison Square Garden Episode Of WWE SmackDown

"The Dead Man" at the World's Most Famous Arena...

That tag team match at Extreme Rules wasn't quite the end of the road for 29-year WWE institution The Undertaker.

The legendary "Phenom" is scheduled to appear at the September 10 episode of WWE SmackDown Live, which takes place at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The previous night's Raw will also emanate from the Garden.

Undertaker's last appearances with the company saw him partnering up with Roman Reigns earlier this summer in a feud with Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre. The issue paid off at Extreme Rules, when Undertaker and Reigns won a No Holds Barred match against the two, after Undertaker pinned McMahon with a Tombstone.

Undertaker last appeared at the Garden in July of 2018, when he, Reigns, and Braun Strowman won a house show six-man tag over Kevin Owens, Elias, and Baron Corbin.

The two shows in September will also be WWE's first broadcast events from the building since a WWE Network special in October 2015.

The September 10 episode of SmackDown will serve as the go-home show for Clash of Champions, which takes place five nights later in Charlotte, NC.
