Updated WWE Fastlane 2019 Card

Kevin Owens replaces Kofi Kingston in Daniel Bryan match…

WWE

Kofi Kingston coming so close to winning the WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber feels like it was yesterday, but WWE’s calendar is a stacked one these days, and the company’s next pay-per-view event just nine days away.

Fastlane takes place on March 10 at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio – with this week’s SmackDown Live, in particular, having the most impact on the event.

It looked like Kofi Kingston was going to sign the contract for the WWE Championship match against Daniel Bryan before Vince McMahon’s music hit. McMahon then announced that he has to provide matches with the biggest box office appeal for the WWE Universe, and he feels Kevin Owens has more of that than Kofi does, putting The Prizefighter in the match instead of The New Day member.

Also added to the card this week was the SmackDown Live Women’s Championship match between Asuka and Mandy Rose (Lio Rush’s arm not included).

Here is the full card for Fastlane at the time of writing:

  • Daniel Bryan (c) vs. Kevin Owens – WWE Championship
  • The Usos (c) vs. Shane McMahon & The Miz – SmackDown Live Tag Team Championships
  • Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection (c) vs. Samoan Slaughterhouse – Women’s Tag Team Championships
  • Asuka (c) vs. Mandy Rose – SmackDown Live Women’s Championship
