WWE 2K20 Trailer Leaked Ahead Of Announcement, Cover Reveal
Game comes out October 22…
The announcement for WWE 2K20 is expected for Monday, August 5, including the reveal of the cover wrestler or wrestlers. Ahead of that announcement, the trailer for the game has been leaked, and could provide a clue as to who will grace this year's cover.
The video depicts WWE stars of various generations, including Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels, Braun Strowman, Velveteen Dream, Sheamus, and Paul Heyman gathered at a formal party, when Becky Lynch suddenly breaks through the ceiling and drops in, bringing the party to a halt. Roman Reigns appears, compliments her on her entrance, and the two share a champagne toast.
While not confirmed, it would seem that Lynch and Reigns are either sharing the cover or are appearing on two separate versions of the cover, based on the graphic at the end of the trailer.
Since falling under the 2K Games banner in 2013, the games have been fronted by The Rock, John Cena, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Brock Lesnar, Seth Rollins, and AJ Styles.
