WWE Superstar Lana Reveals She Has Received Death Threats Over Current Storyline

After Lana and Bobby Lashley made their returns to Monday Night Raw in October, it was revealed she had separated from Rusev and would now be managing her new boyfriend.
Since then The Bulgarian Brute and Lashley have brawled back and forth. On this week's episode of Raw, both Lana and Lashley were arrested for assaulting a police officer. This followed a sneak attack from Rusev, who ignored Lana's restraining order against him.
Fan reception to the storyline has been somewhat mixed. Some fans despise it. While others love the silliness of it all.
Lana, however, revealed during a recent interview with ComicBook.com that she had received death threats as a result of the storyline. She said: "Today I open my email account and I had this death threat in my email, and you can go see it on my Instagram story, but it was just the names that people call are just appalling."
This isn't the first time this has happened since the storyline began. In October, Bobby Lashley revealed he had received death threats. He elaborated: “I get very, very bad comments...Vulgar. There’s been death threats, there’s a lot of different things."
