Adam Cole Comments On Reuniting With Roderick Strong In AEW

Roderick Strong joined AEW in April

After several months away from any pro wrestling programming, Roderick Strong made his debut in All Elite Wrestling in late April, making the save for Adam Cole, Orange Cassidy, and Bandido while they were being attacked by the Jericho Appreciation Society. Strong has since made his AEW debut, defeating Jake Hager, Matt Menard, Angelo Parker, and Daniel Garcia alongside Adam Cole, Orange Cassidy, and Bandido.

Speaking with Sports Guys Talking Wrestling, Cole commented on reuniting with Strong in AEW.

"Oh my God, I couldn't be more excited (to have Roderick Strong in AEW). He's one of my best friends in the entire world. He's one of the best pound-for-pound in-ring pro wrestlers on the planet. To have Roddy Strong with us in AEW is not only a win for me but it's a win for AEW," Cole said.

Strong had been signed with WWE from 2016 until he quietly exited the company in November 2022. He had been in contact with AEW for a while but didn't debut until May due to niggling injuries.

With Strong's signing, AEW now have three-quarters of Undisputed ERA under contract.
