Adam Pearce & Molly Holly Reportedly Produced Charlotte Flair/Becky Lynch WWE SmackDown Segment

Flair and Lynch has an argument afterwards

Adam Pearce and Molly Holly were reportedly the two producers who worked with Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch on their controversial main-event segment on WWE SmackDown last week.

As previously noted, the 'Championship Exchange' between Flair and Lynch on the October 22 episode of SmackDown did not go completely to plan as The Queen dropped her Title when The Man made a move to grab it, deviating from the scripted plan to have Lynch hold up both belts during the segment.

The in-ring exchange led to a backstage confrontation involving Flair, Lynch and on-screen official Sonya Deville, leading to Flair reportedly being asked to leave the arena.

Other reports have suggested that Flair was unhappy with how the segment was supposed to play out, raising concerns regarding the booking and how it presented her run as the WWE Raw Women's Champion.

Fightful Select has now noted that Adam Pearce and Molly Holly were the two producers assigned to work on the segment with Flair and Lynch, meaning that the duo would have played a role in telling the on-screen talent how the exchange had to play out.

It not not known how involved in the creative process behind the segment the duo were, or if either was caught up in the backstage arguments after the show.
