All Elite Wrestling's third pay-per-view of the year is finally here and join us throughout the night as we provide updates from All  Out 2020.

11 matches will take place at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida. The show received some late changes last night after Britt Baker vs. Big Swole in a Tooth And Nail match was moved to the main card. Private Party vs. 3 & 4 of The Dark Order was added to the Buy in as it's replacement.

In the main event, Jon Moxley will defend the AEW World Championship against MJF. The Maestro Of Mayhem is the heavy favourite heading into All Out, but AEW may well decide to crown Friedman as the future of the promotion.

The in-ring action is scheduled to begin at Midnight BST with the Buy In. All Out will then follow at 1 am BST. Fans can order the pay-per-view on FITE.

Check out the card below: • Jon Moxley (c) vs. MJF - AEW World Championship • Kenny Omega & "Hangman" Adam Page (c) vs. FTR - AEW World Tag Team Championship • Chris Jericho vs. Orange Cassidy - Mimosa Mayhem Match • Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Thunder Rosa - AEW Women's World Championship • 21-Man Casino Battle Royale - Winner Gets An AEW World Championship Match • Matt Hardy vs. Sammy Guevara - Broken Rules Match • The Dark Order vs. The Natural Nightmares, Matt Cardona & Scorpio Sky • The Young Bucks vs. Jurassic Express • Big Swole vs. Britt Baker - Tooth And Nail Match • Private Party vs. 3 & 4 - Buy In •Joey Janela vs. Serpentico - Buy In

Jack King, Sam Driver and Tom Campbell gave their predictions for All Out earlier. Check out the video below:

Joey Janela def. Serpentico - Buy In

Joey Janela went after Serpentico before the ring announcer made the introductions. Serpentico gained the upper hand after Luther attacked Sonny Kiss on the outside, distracting The Bad Boy.

Serpentico worked over Janela for the next few minutes, hitting him with a Running Knee in the turnbuckle and a Suplex. He also distracted Rick Knox which allowed Luther to attack Joey on the outside.

Serpentico went for the Double Stomp from the top rope but he changed his mind, dropped to the floor and delivered a simple Kick instead. He went for a Senton moments later but Janela got his knees up. Joey hit a Death Valley Driver, a Thrust Kick and a Blue Thunder Bomb to capitalise.

Janela went for a Moonsault but missed which allowed Serpentico to connect with a Thrust Kick and DDT. Joey kicked out at two. Serpentico went to the top rope again but The Bad Boy caught him and landed a Fisherman Buster for a two count.

Luther again interfered but Sonny Kiss punched The Original Death Dealer and Janela followed up with a Dropkick to the outside. Joey hit the Flying Elbow on Serpentico moments later for the 1-2-3.

Private Party def. 3 & 4 (John Silver and Alex Reynolds) - Buy In

Private Party dominated the early going against John Silver. Silver eventually made the tag to Alex Reynolds but he fared no better.

The Dark Order were able to connect with some offence after a few minutes as Reynolds hit a Crucifix Powerbomb on Isiah Kassidy, sending him into Silver's knees. Reynolds and Silver then dominated the action for the next several minutes, working over Kassidy.

Kassidy eventually made the hot tag to Marq Quen and he ran roughshod over 3 and 4. Quen knocked Reynolds to the outside with a Clothesline and landed a Moonsault on Silver seconds later. Quen almost picked up the win but Reynolds flew into the ring to break up the pin.

Private Party went for Silly String but Reynolds connected with a Double Stomp on Kassidy. Silver followed up with a kick to the back of the head and he spun Quen in the air. Marq kicked out at two, however. The Dark Order almost won the match again as they combined for a German Suplex-Pinning Combination but Quen kicked out.

Private Party fought back into the match as Kassidy caught 3 & 4 with an Enziguri. Private Party connected with Gin and Juice on Jon Silver soon after for the victory.

Big Swole def. Britt Baker - Tooth And Nail Match

The main card is finally underway and we begin the pay-per-view with Britt Baker vs. Big Swole in a Tooth And Nail match.

The match did indeed take place at Britt Baker's dental office. Big Swole hit Reba across the head with a clipboard at reception. Swole then walked into a room covered in blood. Baker was shown skulking in the shadows.

The Role Model snuck up behind Swole and smashed her across the head with a framed photo to start out the match. Reba and Britt then tried to attack Swole with some dental equipment. Swole fought back and the three women brawled into the parking lot and battled back and forth on the Rolls Royce.

Baker hit Swole with a DDT on the Rolls Royce and The Role Model tried to dump her into the dumpster. Swole fought back, however, and tossed Reba in the dumpster. The action re-entered the dental office and Britt connected with a Swinging Neckbreaker for a two count.

The two women exchanged blows in the hallway. They moved into a room and Britt tried to force a drill into Big Swole. She then tried to inject her with novocaine, but Swole countered and injected the doctor instead. Swole hit Reba in the head with Britt's diploma moments later. Swole then pinned The Role Model to a dentist's chair and knocked her out with some oxygen to win the match.

The Young Bucks def. Jurassic Express

Nick Jackson and Jungle Boy were evenly matched in the opening moments as they exchanged chain wrestling moves. The Young Bucks showed some more of their new attitude as Nick slapped Jungle Boy's hand away when he offered to shake his hand. Matt then pulled Jungle Jack's hair.

The Young Bucks had a renewed focus and they hit a Bulldog-Dropkick combination on Luchasaurus and used some more tandem offence on the big man earlier in the bout. Jungle Boy landed a Hurricanrana on Nick to the outside soon after. Matt then connected with three Locomotion Suplexes on Jungle Jack. Jackson went for one over the top rope but both men got hung up in the ropes. They made up for the botch on the outside as Matt continued the Locomotion.

The Bucks Of Youth worked over Jungle Boy in the ring for the next several minutes, cutting the ring in half. The commentators commented on The Elite members' new aggression. Jungle Boy almost made the hot tag but Nick Jackson caught Luchasaurus with a Superkick.

Nick then taunted Jungle Boy in the corner. This angered Marko Stunt who pulled Nick from the apron, which was a blatant disqualification. The referee was even looking straight at the interference and did nothing about it. Jungle Boy made the tag to Luchasaurus soon after and the dinosaur hit his signature kicks and Moonsault Press for a two count.

Matt tried to fight back but Luchasaurus caught him with a Headbutt. Luchasaurus tried to bounce off the ropes but Nick grabbed his leg. Jungle Boy hit a Suicide Dive on Nick. Luchasaurus then hit The Bucks with a Moonsault to the outside.

Jungle Boy went for the Hurricanrana on the apron but Nick caught him and Powerbombed him on the apron. Nick followed up with a Canadian Destroyer on Luchasaurus. Matt chased Marko Stunt and Superkicked him. Who can blame Matt after Marko blatantly interfered in the match without repercussions?

The Young Bucks hit their Signature Moonsault while Jungle Boy was trapped in the Middle Rope. Jack kicked out and The Bucks tried to follow up with the BTE Trigger but Jungle Boy rolled out of the way. Luchasaurus hit Matt with a Chokeslam soon after and Jurassic Express hit their finisher on Nick. Matt broke up the pin at the last moment. Luchasaurus then hit an amazing dive to the outside onto the wrestlers in the crowd.

This left Jungle Boy alone and The Young Bucks repeatedly Super Kicked him but Jack kept kicking out. After multiple kick-outs, The Bucks caught Jungle Boy with the BTE Trigger for the 1-2-3.

Matt and Nick Jackson certainly looked like they are turning heel, possibly with a certain cleaner later in the night.

Lance Archer wins the Casino Battle Royale

The battle royale started out with The Blade, Christopher Daniels, Jake Hager, Trent? and Rey Fenix. All five men tried to eliminate each other and it was a basic battle royale affair.

Frankie Kazarian, Will Hobbs, Chuck Taylor, and Santana & Ortiz entered next. Santana and Ortiz went straight after Best Friends and beat Chuck Taylor down with a Baton. Trent fought back with a Tope Suicida. Will Hobbs eliminated The Blade. Jake Hager eliminated Christopher Daniels.

Hobbs almost tossed Rey Fenix out the ring but the former Lucha Underground star fought his way from Hobbs' shoulders.

Billy, Pentagon El Zero M, Ricky Starks, Brian Cage and Darby Allin entered next. Brian Cage eliminated Billy straight away and Allin went straight after Cage and Starks with a skateboard.

Allin eliminated Rey Fenix. Best Friends gave the people what they wanted and hugged in the middle of the ring. Taylor was eliminated moments later by Ortiz. The three Inner Circle members worked together before the final group entered.

Shawn Spears was due to enter the match but decided to sit at the commentary table. Eddie Kingston and The Butcher came to the ring. As did Sonny Kiss and Lance Archer. The Joker will seemingly be the mystery entrant.

Sonny Kiss eliminated Jake Hager. Cage eliminated Sonny Kiss. Shawn Spears put the magic black glove on and strolled around ringside. Trent? eliminated Santana. Archer eliminated Trent? and Ortiz.

The Joker was Matt Sydal, making his AEW debut. Sydal messed up his first move as he slipped off the top rope. Cage eliminated Penta El Zero M. The Machine has three eliminations so far.

Frankie Kazarian was eliminated from the match. Cage hit a flurry of Clotheslines but Allin countered and eliminated Ricky Starks. Starks dragged Allin out of the ring under the bottom rope and tossed him into the ring post. Starks then pulled a body bag from under the ring and Cage filled them with thumbtacks. Cage zipped up with body bag with The Invisible Man inside and tossed him to the outside.

Amidst all the action, Shawn Spears entered the match at some point. He was promptly eliminated by Matt Sydal. Brian Cage and Lance Archer had a big hoss fight and The Machine even hit Archer with a Hurricanrana. Hobbs was on the apron and when Cage bounced off the ropes, Will caught him and pulled him over. As they brawled on the apron, Archer caught them both with a Dropkick to eliminate them from the match.

The final four were Eddie Kingston, Matt Sydal, The Butcher and Lance Archer.

Sydal eliminated The Butcher. Archer eliminated Sydal. Kingston and Archer fought on the apron and Jake Roberts kept threatening Kingston with a snake in a bag. The Butcher and The Blade tried to help Kingston eliminate The Murderhawk. Archer was too fearsome, however, and he Chokeslammed Kingston from the top turnbuckle onto The Butcher and The Blade to win the match.

Matt Hardy def. Sammy Guevara - Broken Rules Match

The match started out back at TIAA Bank Field. Sammy turned the tables on Matt as he arrived in a golf cart. He almost killed Matt but Hardy moved out of the way, sending Guevara crashing into some handily placed cardboard boxes.

The action moved up a construction lift. Hardy went for a Side Effect but Sammy countered and Speared his opponent from the lift to the floor. Hardy got to his feet before the count of 10 somehow, particularly after Matt's head went crashing off the concrete floor.

Matt tried to fight on but Aubrey repeatedly threw up the X. Dr. Sampson then appeared and ended the match. Hardy had a dazed look in his eye.

The match seemed to end in a no contest, but both men started brawling again after a minute.

Hardy and Guevara fought up some scaffolding. Hardy tossed Sammy off the scaffolding and The Spanish God failed to meet the count of 10.

It looks like Hardy was legitimately injured but they continued fighting for another minute so we could have a proper finish.

Hikaru Shida def. Thunder Rosa - AEW Women's World Championship

Both women exchanged momentum in the opening minutes. Shida and Thunder Rosa brawled on the outside and the NWA World Women's Champion caught Shida with a Dropkick from a chair onto the floor. She then stretched Shida around the ring post and booted her head against the post moments later.

Rosa worked over Shida with a Stampede into two corners. The AEW Women's Champion kicked out at two. Shida fought back with a Rear Naked Choke but Rosa reversed into a Hanging Pendelum submission. The wrestlers and crowd seem really quiet for this one.

Later, Shida caught Thunder Rosa with a Jumping Knee Strike. She followed up with a Suplex but the challenger kicked out at two. Shida went for the Falcon Arrow but Rosa reversed into a pin and then a Sleeper Hold.

Thunder Rosa connected with a Death Valley Driver onto the ring apron. The match has had a slow pace so far. Shida hit a Meteora on the ramp soon after. Rosa's head almost hit the bottom step on the ramp.

Shida locked in the Stretch Muffler but Rosa made it to the bottom rope. The NWA star connected with a Backstabber for another two count.

After both women exchanged momentum again, Shida connected with the Running Knee to retain the title.

The Natural Nightmares, Matt Cardona & Scorpio Sky def. The Dark Order

Before the next match, Kip Sabian announced he and Penelope Ford will be tying the knot on AEW: Dynamite at some point. His best man will be revealed this week, though. Sabian then held up a poster advertising his Twitch channel. AEW took a shot at WWE in the process as "This message has been approved by All Elite Wrestling" appeared on the bottom of the screen.

The match started out with a brawl. The action eventually became a normal eight-man tag team match and The Dark Order worked over QT Marshall for the next several minutes.

Marshall eventually made the hot tag to Matt Cardona and Long Island Iced Z hit Colt Cabana with a flurry of offence. Brodie Lee taunted Brandi Rhodes on the outside.  The Exalted One and his minions then worked over Matt Cardona.

Lee repeatedly screamed, "Where's Cody?" at his opponents. Crowd is quiet for this one too and has been flat ever since Matt had the scary injury.

It was Dustin Rhodes turn to have a hot tag and he annihilated all of The Dark Order except Brodie Lee. Brandi Rhodes then took out Anna Jay and Scorpio Sky hit a Hurricanrana on Lee. Sky almost picked up the win for his team as he hit the TKO on Stu Grayson. Evil Uno broke up the pin.

Cardona hit Grayson with Radio Silence but he didn't go for the cover. The Dark Order then regained control and they hit QT Marshall with four offensive moves, ending with a Splash from Cabana. Marshall barely managed to kick out.

Dustin Rhodes and The Exalted One brawled in the ring and Mr. Brodie had the match won after he hit the Discus Clothesline. Lee tagged in Cabana to finish The Natural. Boom Boom missed the Moonsault, however, and Dustin Rhodes rolled him up for the 1-2-3.

Brodie Lee was enraged after the match and screamed at Colt Cabana. Tony Schiavone revealed Dustin Rhodes will challenge Brodie Lee for the TNT Championship on Wednesday.

FTR def. "Hangman" Adam Page & Kenny Omega - AEW World Tag Team Championship

Hangman has new ring gear and is wearing trousers. Page immediately asked for the tag and Kenny started barking at him. Page asked Omega to trust him and their fragile partnership survived for now. Cash Wheeler offered Hangman his hand and Page unleashed a flurry of rights in retaliation. Hangman almost decked his partner by mistake.

The champions pinned Wheeler in their corner and wore him down for several minutes. Omega hit Cash with the Kotaro Crusher and Hangman landed the Standing Shooting Star Press. Wheeler eventually made the tag to Dax Harwood and it was FTR's turn to dominate the match as they worked over Page.

FTR used traditional heel tag team moves with an Abdominal Stretch on Hangman as Wheeler and Harwood linked arms. Omega charged into the ring in anger. This made Turner miss a tag as he didn't see Harwood tag in Wheeler. While Cash protested, Hangman rolled up Harwood and had the match won but the referee didn't realise until it was too late and Dax kicked out.

Kenny hit his signature You Can't Escape combination on Wheeler and connected with a Dropkick when Wheeler dived from the top rope soon after. Omega took out both of his opponents with a Diving Senton to the outside and followed up with a Missile Dropkick.

FTR almost picked up the win with some trademark teamwork as they hit a Powerbomb and German Suplex. Omega kicked out at two, however. The champions then hit some trademark tag team offence as they landed their signature Assisted German Suplex. Omega and Hangman set up for Last Call but Harwood grabbed Kenny's leg which allowed Cash to knock Hangman from the apron to the floor.

Later, Harwood hit a Superplex on Omega and Wheeler followed up with a Splash from the top rope. The former IWGP Heavyweight Champion kicked out at two. FTR went for Goodnight Express but Hangman knocked Wheeler out of the way. Harwood still hit Kenny with a Brain Buster. Kenny got back to his feet and caught Wheeler with a Reverserana and Tiger Driver 98 but Cash somehow kicked out.

Kenny connected with the V Trigger on Wheeler and went for One Winged Angel. Wheeler escaped and FTR worked together to injure Omega's knee. Harwood locked in the Inverted Figure Four Leglock moments later. Dax continued to work over Kenny's knee.

Kenny eventually planted Harwood and Wheeler with Snapdragon Suplexes. Harwood went for the Inverted Figure Four again but Kenny powered out and inadvertently sent Harwood crashing into Hangman.

Kenny made the hot tag to Page and he hit his signature offence on FTR. He then hit a Moonsault to the outside onto his former friends.

FTR hit Double Diving Headbutts on Hangman soon after but Omega broke up the pin. Harwood and Kenny brawled on the apron. FTR got the better of the exchange as Wheeler helped his partner out which allowed Dax to plant Kenny with a Steiner Bulldog to the outside.

They followed up with another Steiner Bulldog from the top rope onto Page for a two count. Hangman fought back and hit a Fallaway Slam from the top rope onto Wheeler. The champions tried to win the match as Hangman went for the Buckshot Lariat while Omega held on to Wheeler. Wheeler ducked, however, and Kenny went for the V Trigger but caught his partner.

Wheeler chopped down Kenny and FTR hit the Spike Piledriver. Hangman somehow kicked out but FTR connected with another one to pick up the win. The V Trigger to Hangman was the one miscue the former champions couldn't afford to make.

After the match, Kenny picked up one of the ringside tables. The commentators teased he was going to hit Hangman but he didn't. Hangman then walked towards his partner but Kenny didn't grab him, causing Page to collapse to the mat.

Kenny walked out on his partner and he told The Young Bucks he was "done" and it was "time for a clean break" backstage. Kenny then left the arena and The Young Bucks didn't get in the car with him.

Orange Cassidy def. Chris Jericho - Mimosa Mayhem Match

Jericho hit a Codebreaker in the opening seconds but The King Of Sloth Style kicked out. The move seemed to stun Cassidy but he tried to battle back with some punches but Le Champion quickly regained control.

Jericho tried to Catapult his opponent into a container of Mimosa but Cassidy just survived. Jericho smashed the cocktail tray over Orange.

The crowd has been quiet because it's a hideously humid night in Jacksonville. The Matt Hardy incident has also put a bit of a dampener on the whole pay-per-view but the audience is starting to make some noise now.

Cassidy later went for a Hurricanrana on Jericho into the vat but Le Champion countered with a Powerbomb through a table. Jericho tried to follow up with Floyd the baseball bat but Cassidy caught him with a Superkick. He then drilled The Demo God with a small ice bucket.

Cassidy was teetering over the edge of the Mimosa but he somehow survived and almost pinned Jericho with a Sunset Flip Roll-Up. Orange hit a Michinoku Driver on Jericho moments later. They exchanged blows in the middle of the ring following The Leader of The Inner Circle's kick out.

The King Of Sloth Style connected with Stundog Millionaire but the former AEW World Champion locked in the Walls Of Jericho soon after. Cassidy only escaped after tossing some Mimosa into Jericho's eyes. He followed up with the Orange Punch and Jericho's foot went splashing into the Mimosa.

Cassidy caught Jericho with a Hurricanrana from the top rope. Orange then hulked up and hit his signature Tornado DDT for a near fall. Orange went high risk again which allowed Le Champion to catch him with a second Codebreaker. Somehow, Cassidy kicked out at two.

Jericho tried to toss Cassidy into the vat with a Crucifix but Orange escaped and connected with the Orange Punch. With The Painmaker teetering, Orange hit a third Orange Punch to send his opponent flying into the vat of mimosa.

It looked like Jericho actually enjoyed being in the mimosa with how hot it is in Jacksonville.

Jon Moxley def. MJF - AEW World Championship

Both men locked up in the opening moments and MJF dominated the early wrestling exchanges. Moxley wanted MJF to go to the outside but The Salt Of The Earth refused and flipped off the crowd. The Maestro Of Mayhem took matters into his own hands and tossed Friedman to the floor. MJF quickly re-entered the squared circle, however. After a few more attempts, Moxley eventually got MJF on the outside and connected with a Tope Suicida.

The AEW World Champion then battered MJF around the ringside area, tossing him into the barricades and trying to break his opponent's fingers.

The match entered the ring once again and both men went back to mat wrestling. MJF worked over Moxley's injured shoulder for the next few minutes. Friedman was methodical in his punishment of Moxley.

MJF went outside and taunted the champion. This didn't go well for the challenger as he ended up being Catapulted into the ring post. Moxley re-entered the ring and started bashing his shoulder off the bottom turnbuckle to get some feeling back into it. It also gave MJF some time to blade as when he reappeared his face was a crimson mass.

The Maestro Of Mayhem was noticeably hampered by his injured arm. He was eventually able to connect with the Gotch Style Piledriver but the challenger kicked out. Moxley then bit his opponent's open wound, covering himself in Friedman's blood in the process.

MJF retaliated by biting Moxley's fingers. Friedman went back to attacking the champion's shoulder. The two men exchanged blows soon after and Jon got the better of the exchange with a Release German Suplex and Clothesline for a near fall.

Moxley taunted MJF and the challenger spat in his face. This angered Jon and he went for the Paradigm Shift. Bryce Remsburg stopped him, however, which gave Friedman the opening he needed to lock in the Fujiwara Armbar.

Moxley made it to the bottom rope but MJF almost won the title as he connected with the Heatseeker. At the last millisecond, the champion kicked out. MJF went for a second Heatseeker but Moxley reversed into an Air Raid Crash for another near fall.

Moxley is still looking for a way to win without the Paradigm Shift. Both men butted heads and taunted each other. They then exchanged forearms, slaps, punches and headbutts. Moxley won the exchange with some knees.

Moxley eventually locked in the Sleeper Hold but MJF grabbed the referee and hit his opponent with a Mule Kick. He then rolled up the champion but Moxley powered out. MJF followed up with Crossroads for another near fall.

Wardlow distracted the referee so he could toss the Dynamite Diamond Ring to MJF. MJF bobbled the ring, however, and with the referee distracted, Moxley spotted his opening and hit MJF with a Paradigm Shift.

He then covered his opponent to retain the AEW World Championship. As Moxley used an illegal move, a rematch seems likely.
