AEW All Out Scheduled For Chicago, One Year After All In

Back to where this all started...

Although All In can't exactly be classified as an official All Elite Wrestling event, the roots of the promotion can be found in the mega-card that took place September 1, 2018. More than 11,000 fans sold out Chicago's Sears Center, after Cody Rhodes saw Dave Meltzer tweet skeptically about Ring of Honor potentially selling out a 10,000-seat arena, and took it as a challenge.

One year later after All In, on August 31, 2019, the Sears Center will host AEW's similarly-named "All Out". A video aired during Double or Nothing, referencing the alarmingly-fast sell-out of All In, as well as the equally-quick sell-out of Saturday night's event, before officially announcing All Out.

The event will follow Fyter Fest, which takes places in Daytona Beach, FL on June 29, and Fight for the Fallen, occurring in Jacksonville on July 13.

Close to 20 AEW talents appeared on the All In card last year, including Rhodes, The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, The Lucha Bros, and many others. The event had cooperation from Ring of Honor, New Japan Pro Wrestling, and the National Wrestling Alliance, among other promotions.
