AEW Announces Another Saturday Night Dynamite

New show announced for October 16

After announcing a special Saturday night edition of AEW: Dynamite for October 23, AEW has now confirmed another Saturday Dynamite to take place on October 16.

The October 16 show will take place in Miami from the James L. Knight Center, with Rampage in the same building the night before on Friday 15. This is the same building AEW used for the Road Rager special on July 7.

The shows have been scheduled to avoid a clash with the NHL game between the Boston Bruins and the Philadelphia Flyers, with Dynamite’s move to TBS in 2022 being done to avoid sports clashes and schedule moves in the future.

AEW held several Friday Dynamite shows in June 2021, with the last Saturday Night Dynamite taking place on June 26 - a show headlined by Kenny Omega retaining the AEW World Championship against Jungle Boy.

The October 23 edition of Dynamite will see AEW go up against IMPACT Wrestling, who will be broadcasting Bound For Glory on PPV on the same day.
