All Elite Wrestling has announced they will hold their first-ever non-television event on Friday 9 April at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida.

Wrestling fans will be able to purchase tickets for the event for $20 each, or alternatively can buy seats at both the Friday show and the Wednesday 7 April AEW: Dynamite for $40.

It will be the first time that AEW have put on a live show without broadcast coverage, either on television or pay-per-view.

No matches have been confirmed for the show but AEW World Champion Kenny Omega, AEW TNT Champion Darby Allin, Jade Cargill, Britt Baker, Matt Sydal, Orange Cassidy, MJF, and Cody have all been included on the graphic alongside AEW's announcement.

The AEW event is due to take place just 24 hours prior to WWE's two-night WrestleMania 37. With Jacksonville just a three-hour drive from where WrestleMania 37 will be presented from in Tampa, it appears Tony Khan is trying to potentially entice new audiences to see AEW before they watch 'The Showcase Of The Immortals'.
