All Elite Wrestling Collision struggled once again when going head to head with a WWE premium live event.

The Saturday, September 30 edition of Collision aired alongside WWE NXT No Mercy on Peacock, as well as against college American football in the United States. This caused Collision's average viewership to drop to 327,000 across its two-hour runtime between 8 pm and 10 pm ET on TNT. The show only averaged a 0.08 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, or 106,000 viewers, according to Wrestlenomics.

The most-watched college football game head-to-head with Collision was Notre Dame vs. Duke, which averaged 5.32 million viewers on ABC. Compared to the prior week, Collision was down 42 percent in total viewership and down 55 percent in the 18-49 demo.

The September 30 show drew record lows in total viewership and in the 18-49 demo since Collision premiered on June 17. It was also the lowest first-run AEW show in the 18-49 demo apart from the May 13, 2023 episode of Rampage.

The four lowest-rated episodes of Collision have all occurred on the same day that WWE have aired a pay-per-view or NXT premium live event.
