AEW Dynamite To Have Five-Minute Overrun

AEW Dynamite to go over two hours

Wednesday night's edition of AEW Dynamite brimming with matches will have a five-minute overrun, AEW President Tony Khan has announced. 

"Thanks to our great partners at TBS, we have an overrun of 5 minutes planned for Tomorrow night live on Wednesday Night #AEWDynamite! We'll see you all tomorrow, we're excited for a 5 minute overrun on @TBSNetwork on Wednesday Night Dynamite, starting 8pm ET/7pm CT tomorrow!" Tony Khan tweeted on Tuesday night.

AEW Dynamite has been granted overruns in the past, including for the Title Tuesday edition of Dynamite in October 2023 when the show had a 10-minute overrun.

A new match has also been announced for Dynamite that will see AEW Continental Classic Blue League matches take place on the Wednesday night show for the first time. The two leaders of the block in Brody King and Andrade El Idolo will clash on the show, with both men tied with six points.

The Gold League will also continue on Dynamite and leaders Jon Moxley and Swerve Strickland will go one-on-one on Dynamite. The two talents currently have 9 points.
