AEW Full Gear Set For Minneapolis, Minnesota

New info on AEW’s last PPV of 2021

After weeks of speculation, date changes, and the like, AEW Full Gear is apparently set for Minneapolis, Minnesota on Saturday November 13.

The location has been revealed by Fightful Select, who have reported that employees of Minneapolis’ Target Center are claiming that the event is set for the arena. If confirmed for The Target Arena, then AEW will be looking at a possible attendance figure somewhere in the 18,000 - 19,000 mark.

Full Gear was originally set for St. Louis on November 6, but was later rescheduled to avoid a clash with UFC 268 in Madison Square Garden, featuring a huge Kamaru Usman vs. Colby Covington main event.

Tony Khan hinted at a move from St. Louis during the post All Out media scrum, with PWInsider first reporting Minneapolis as a possible destination.

Fightful also reported that numerous AEW stars were set to appear at The big Event convention in New York on November 13, and that AEW went "above and beyond" to make it right to the promoters, with scheduled talent now appearing at The Big Event on November 14.
