AEW Plans For Australia Show In 2025 Confirmed
AEW confirms 2025 Australia plans
All Elite Wrestling are planning on running shows in Australia in 2025, confirming earlier reports.
It was recently suggested that the promotion were looking at potentially running a stadium show in Australia, with AEW officials scouting potential venues on Australia’s East coast. During the pre-All In Wembley Stadium media call, AEW President Tony Khan confirmed that he was looking to promote an AEW show in the country next year:
“I just wanted to address some reports regarding AEW potentially running an event in Australia,” Khan said. “We can confirm that we’re currently looking at various locations in Australia to potentially run an event sometime next year in 2025. We’ll have more information about this in the near future. 2025 is going to be a milestone year. Just as this is a milestone year, I think 2025 [there will be] even more great milestones to come.”
AEW recently announced that All In 2025 will take place in Texas, with Arlington’s Globe Life Field set to play host in July 2025. Tony Khan also said that AEW are exploring options to run TV and/or PPV events in the UK in 2025.
