AEW's Anna Jay Provides Injury Update

She underwent surgery back in March

All Elite Wrestling's Anna Jay has been on the shelf with a shoulder injury since February and she is expected to be out of action from six months to a year.

Dark Order's 99 has since undergone surgery and she provided an update on her recovery during a recent appearance on Vickie Guerrero's podcast, 'Excuse Me'.

"Well it happened in training. I ended up tearing my labrum again. It's the second time I've done this. Hopefully, this time is the charm. Now I'm just rehabbing. Hopefully I'll be back sooner than I want to or sooner than expected which is what I want and that's pretty much what '’m doing right now. My routine that I just told you, that's pretty boring plus rehab, that's it," Jay said.

Jay has been a member of the AEW roster since April 2020, after debuting at the company's Georgia tapings. She has spent much of her time wrestling on Dark and she also formed a partnership with Tay Conti.
