AEW Star Suffers Injury On Rampage
Bandido will be out of AEW with an injury
Bandido’s time in AEW has felt a little cursed so far, with visa issues halting his momentum after officially signing with the company at the back end of last year, and now it seems as though injuries are getting in the way too.
Bandido took to his Facebook page to address fans following his match of AEW Rampage against Konosuke Takeshita, with him revealing he suffered a broken wrist during the bout.
“This is cracked! At the AEW Rampage event against Takeshita I broke my wrist and the first diagnosis has been that it is a triangular fibrocartilage complex injury and I need surgery as soon as possible. On Monday I will go for the second and final opinion as soon as I have to cancel my closest commitments! an apology to all the fans."
It isn’t known how severe the surgery will be and how long he will be out of action, though we wish a speedy recovery to the former ROH World Champion.
