AEW To Make UK Debut In London

AEW announces more about their UK show

After announcing last week that they would make their debut in the United Kingdom in 2023, All Elite Wrestling have provided further details on the upcoming show.

It was revealed on Wednesday's episode of Dynamite that AEW's first event across the pond will take place in London, England. No date or venue was announced for the show, however.

Tony Khan has mentioned in the past that he wants to run an AEW show at Craven Cottage, the home of Fulham FC where Khan is Director of Football Operations. If the show took place at the football stadium, it would likely have to be held in the summer between the 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons.

The current Premier League season is set to finish on May 28 and the 2023/24 season will likely begin in mid-August.

AEW have several UK talents under contract, including Anthony Ogogo, PAC, Jamie Hayter, and Saraya. If the promotion will only hold one event in the United Kingdom next year is unknown.
