All Elite Wrestling headed to the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa for the June 8 edition of Collision and featured matches on the show included FTR vs. Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta and Orange Cassidy vs. Kyle O'Reilly.

AEW COO Kosha Irby often issues a positive tweet following AEW TV tapings and he did so again on Saturday night, while also noting he was less than impressed with the Mid-America Center.

Irby wrote: "Council Bluffs is home to fantastic fans, a charming city, and a subpar venue partner! For those who chose #AEWCollision on TV or in person, thank you!"

Why exactly Irby issued the tweet has not been confirmed but one fan noted on X that the venue was hot, had no airflow, and that the doors opened late. Security was also said to be non-existent.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer noted a COO would only write about a venue in such a way "unless something very major happened."

Kosha Irby has been AEW COO since the beginning of the year, with All Elite Wrestling confirming his appointment in March. Irby joining the company fuelled excitement over his "fresh approach."
