The parent company behind All Elite Wrestling has been revealed.

A filing within the lawsuit that the Tate Twins and Kevin Kelly have filed against AEW has revealed the pro wrestling promotion's parent company is Beatnik Investments LLC, Wrestlenomics noted.

The filing revealed that no publicly held corporations own more than 10 per cent of AEW's stock. Following reports in recent weeks that Warner Bros. Discovery owns a stake in AEW, this would indicate that WBD own less than 10 per cent of the promotion.

The members of Beatnik Investments are Tony Khan and his sister Shanna Khan.

All Elite Wrestling was founded by Tony Khan and The Elite in January 2019. The promotion will be profitable for the first time in 2025 due to the new AEW TV deal with Warner Bros. Discovery.

The new TV deal will begin in January 2025 and see AEW Dynamite continue to air on Wednesday nights on TBS, while AEW Collision will remain on Saturday nights on TNT. Both shows will also air on Max, while AEW pay-per-views will be available on Max at a discounted price later in 2025.
