Alexa Bliss Undergoes Skin Cancer Procedure

Alexa Bliss underwent a procedure to treat skin cancer

Alexa Bliss has revealed she is okay after undergoing a procedure to remove skin cancer.

Bliss took to her Instagram Stories this week with a bandage on her face, writing: "Dear younger me, You should have stayed out of tanning beds. All clear now though! Thank you @americanskininstitute for taking great care of me!"

Bliss then noted on Twitter that a spot on her face was discovered to be basal cell carcinoma and she underwent a "quick and easy" procedure to treat it. It is the most common form of skin cancer.

The former SmackDown Women's Champion is currently away from WWE TV, having not appeared on any of the company's programming since she unsuccessfully challenged for the Raw Women's Title at Royal Rumble 2023. Following rumours that she was on hiatus, Bliss noted on Twitter that WWE "know where to find" her.

Bliss tweeted: "Tired of seeing these tweets. I am not on a hiatus. They know where to find me."

When Bliss will return to WWE TV is unknown. A reunion with Bray Wyatt was hinted at in late 2022 and early 2023, including after her loss at Royal Rumble. She did appear on US TV last night, being revealed as The Masked Singer.
