Allie Katch Suffers Broken Leg At The People Vs. GCW

One of Game Changer Wrestling's top names will be out of action for some time.

Allie Katch faced Effy at The People vs. GCW in a match to determine who would challenge Mance Warner for the GCW World Championship in the main event of the Hammerstein Ballroom show. Katch sustained a serious injury only five minutes into the contest, however, breaking her leg following a suicide dive.

The match was immediately stopped as Katch's leg could be seen at a twisted angle. She was taken to a local hospital soon after.

Steph De Lander has since announced that Allie Katch broke two bones in her leg and she will be undergoing surgery in the next couple of days. A GoFundMe has been launched for Katch to pay for medical bills and cover loss of income while she recovers from the broken leg.

Effy ultimately won the match with Allie Katch as a result of her injury. He went on to defeat Mance Warner for the GCW World Title in the main event of The People vs. GCW.
