Andrade El Idolo, Charlotte Flair Get Married

Congratulations to the happy couple

WWE's Charlotte Flair and AEW's Andrade el Idolo were married Friday at a ceremony in Mexico.

Media from the wedding and reception has been shared across social media on Friday evening. The event was attended by industry figures the likes of Ric Flair, Rey Mysterio, Finn Balor, Apollo Crews, Nia Jax, and others.

Andrade and Charlotte got together in 2019 when both were working for WWE. The two officially announced their engagement on social media on New Year's Day 2020.

Both individuals were written out of their respective companies in the weeks before the ceremony. Flair dropped the SmackDown Women's title to Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania Backlash on May 8 in an I Quit match. In storyline, Flair sustained a broken arm at the end of the match, which will sideline her for the foreseeable future.

Meanwhile, Andrade lost a Coffin match to Darby Allin on the April 20 edition of Dynamite, and hasn't been seen on any AEW shows since. He did, however, take part in a mixed trios match at AAA TripleMania XXX: Monterrey on April 30.

Cultaholic extends its congratulations to Charlotte and Andrade.
