Since making the jump to Monday Night Raw, Apollo Crews has received a small push. He opened his account on the red brand with a 27-minute match against Aleister Black, and on the April 20 episode of Raw, he defeated MVP to qualify for the Men's Money In The Bank ladder match.

This was seen as Crews' biggest match for some time, but the events of last night have snatched away The One Man Nation's chance to climb the corporate ladder. After teaming with Rey Mysterio and The Harbinger Of Fury to defeat Andrade, Angel Garza, and Austin Theory in the opening bout on Raw, Crews went one on one with El Idolo for the United States Championship.

Apollo was well on his way to winning his first title in WWE, but as he went for a splash on the champion, he landed awkwardly on his knee and was unable to continue. The storyline injury was later confirmed on WWE.com and the company announced Crews had been pulled from Money In The Bank. Whether or not he will be replaced remains to be seen.
