WWE brought in several legends for the Bad Blood pay-per-view on October 5 and the likes of Scott Steiner, Jacqueline, Diamond Dallas Page, and Mickie James were shown either sitting at ringside or in a corporate box with Bad Blood Hosts Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Naomi.

Also in attendance and shown during the broadcast were Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard. While they were in attendance, neither Blanchard nor Anderson have put pen to paper on WWE Legends deals, according to PWInsider.

Arn Anderson made his return to WWE earlier this year, appearing in a backstage segment with Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam ahead of the Undisputed WWE Champion's main event match with Solo Sikoa. Anderson has been a free agent since he exited All Elite Wrestling in April 2024.

Tully Blanchard, meanwhile, has been gone from All Elite Wrestling since his sudden exit in 2022 only a couple of weeks after he launched Tully Blanchard Enterprises with Brian Cage, Gates of Agony, and Jonathan Gresham.

One former WCW star that did put pen to paper on a WWE Legends deal was Diamond Dallas Page and the former WCW World Heavyweight Champion praised WWE for "changing the atmosphere."
