Three million more documents related to the late child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein were released by the United States Department of Justice on Friday and former WWE talent Ashley Massaro has been mentioned within them.

In a statement from a redacted name about Epstein co-conspirator and convicted child sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell, it was noted that Ashley Massaro worked for Maxwell at one point.

"She mentioned horrible things happening in the Island and including dead body of a girl that 'had mask and was tied to a tree .' She siad 'that the one from London was very mean and also the one from Miami .' also that the man' in the mention was making her f*cking black guys and he liked to wach it, she was young - high school student in ocean side long Island ) she also said that her friend Ashely Massarow (who died in 2019 - the wwe) got pregnant in high school.they both worked for Maxwell and Mechella from Miami Florida," the statement in the Epstein Files reads in part.

Ashley Massaro passed away in 2019 by suicide. An affidavit released following her passing alleged Massaro was injected with a paralysing drug and raped by someone representing himself as a United States Army doctor during a PR tour of a Kuwait army base in 2006. It was also claimed in the affidavit that Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis told Massaro not to talk about the incident to preserve WWE's relationship with the United States military.

A statement released by WWE after the affidavit's release claimed the company was never informed about the alleged incident and would have reported it to the base commander if they had been. The lawyer for John Laurinaitis claimed in 2024, though, that WWE management were aware of the allegations made by Massaro. It was also claimed in 2024 that Stephanie McMahon knew about the allegations, and WWE executives threatened Massaro over the situation.

In the past, it has been alleged by Paul London that Massaro was harassed by Vince McMahon, while Massaro also claimed in a statement released after her passing that she saw Vince McMahon "preying" on female WWE workers.

The NCIS investigated Massaro's allegations from June 2019 until January 27, 2020, but the investigation was closed as they were unable to determine where the alleged assault had taken place.
