Report: Backstage News From WWE Survivor Series 2020

Did Bayley's elimination go to plan...

WWE held the latest edition of Survivor Series on Sunday. The consensus is that the company put on a largely entertaining pay-per-view and The Street Profits vs. The New Day, Asuka vs. Sasha Banks and Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre were all widely praised. The show also featured The Undertaker's final farewell, bringing his 30-year career to an end.

One moment which baffled some fans, though, was Bayley's elimination from the Women's Survivor Series Elimination Match. The former SmackDown Women's Champion was the first Superstar eliminated after she took a Superplex to the outside and the other women failed to soften her fall. Some viewers were surprised that The Role Model was eliminated so early but Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported her elimination went as planned.

Johnson also noted who produced which matches on the card. The producers were as follows:
• Adam Pearce produced the Dual-Brand Battle Royal
• Chris Parks (FKA Abyss) produced the 5-On-5 Men's Survivor Series Elimination Match
• Pat Buck produced The New Day vs. The Street Profits
• Jason Jordan produced Bobby Lashley vs. Sami Zayn
• TJ Wilson (Tyson Kidd) produced Asuka vs. Sasha Banks
• TJ Wilson and Pat Buck produced the 5-On-5 Women's Survivor Series Elimination Match
• Michael Hayes produced Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre
