After several months out of action, Stephanie Vaquer made her return to WWE programming on the post-SummerSlam edition of Monday Night Raw.
After WWE Women's World Champion Liv Morgan and the rest of Judgment Day reached the top of the entrance ramp following a promo exchange with Becky Lynch, Vaquer's music filled the arena and she appeared behind Morgan, laying out Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez. Vaquer then stalked Morgan back to the ring and delivered a Spinebuster to the champion, with the segment coming to an end following a staredown between Vaquer and Becky Lynch.
PWInsider has reported that Stephanie Vaquer had been cleared to return "for some time" but WWE delayed her comeback as the company reportedly did not want to "waste" her return.
Vaquer was not in Minneapolis for SummerSlam and WWE decided that now was the right time for Vaquer's return over the weekend, with the organisation booking the 33-year-old's travel late on in order to prevent her from being seen by fans before Raw. Vaquer was then kept hidden when she arrived at the building.
Stephanie Vaquer has been out of action since she was written off TV on the April 27 episode of Raw with a backstage attack from Judgment Day. WWE later announced that Vaquer was on the shelf with a grade two AC sprain, with the angle being a cover for a legitimate injury.
Stephanie Vaquer has spent almost the entirety of 2026 in a programme with Liv Morgan and Morgan defeated Vaquer for the Women's World Championship at WrestleMania 42. SummerSlam, however, was the first time that Morgan had actually defended the title in her latest reign.
