Becky Lynch Announced For WWE Super SmackDown At Madison Square Garden

Becky Lynch has been confirmed for the WWE Friday Night Super SmackDown at Madison Square Garden on Friday 10 September 2021.

The Man made her shock return to WWE at SummerSlam 2021 this past weekend, replacing the absent Sasha Banks in the match with Bianca Belair and claiming the SmackDown Women's Championship in just 27 seconds. 

Lynch is anticipated to be at SmackDown this week and Madison Square Garden have now announced the WrestleMania 35 main-eventer for the Super SmackDown show in early September. 

A tweet sent out by the venue confirmed that Lynch would be 'live in action' at MSG on Friday 10 September at a special SmackDown which will combine both the blue brand and members of the Monday Night Raw roster.

John Cena, who saw his most recent run in WWE come to an end at SummerSlam on Saturday, is also advertised for the show in New York. Madison Square Garden are billing Cena as teaming with Rey and Dominik Mysterio against Roman Reigns and The Usos in what will likely be a dark match main event.
