The women’s Elimination Chamber match at the 2025 namesake PLE began with a bang as Jade Cargill returned from a several month absence, making a beeline for Naomi, attacking her former friend and leaving her needing to be taken out on a stretcher. This suggests that it was Naomi who attacked Cargill several months ago, ruling her out of action.
Naomi’s tag team partner and Cargill’s former tag team partner, Bianca Belair had a night of mixed emotions, as she was the one who emerged victorious at Elimination Chamber, securing a spot against the Women’s World Champion at WrestleMania 41. Speaking at the post-show press conference, she responded to the event that took place between her two friends.
“I was so confused, honestly. I was very confused. I feel like I still need answers for that. I didn’t understand what was happening. Naomi and I, we were very sure that Liv did that. Naomi pushed to me that Liv and Raquel [attacked Jade]. When I got back from my match, Naomi wasn’t there because she was stretchered out and Jade wasn’t there. I feel like I need to talk to both to them before I jump to conclusions. Right now, I’m not really understanding what’s happening. I don’t really believe Jade would watch me team with Naomi knowing that she did that. I truly don’t believe Naomi would do something like that. I’ve known her for a very long time. Tonight was very bittersweet”.
Elimination Chamber 2025 was a night full of shocks, as the show closed with the wild heel turn from John Cena.
