Bianca Belair Comments On Becky Vs. Trish Being Left Off SummerSlam

Bianca Belair reveals thoughts on Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus missing SummerSlam

WWE’s SummerSlam card has come under a lot of criticism over the last week with the revelation that the Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus match was taken from the card due to time constraints and instead moved over to an episode of Monday Night Raw in two weeks. Both Stratus and Lynch have made clear their frustrations on the situation. Someone who is still on the SummerSlam card, Bianca Belair, was asked about the situation during an interview with WrestlingNews.co.

"Well, I think everybody wants to be on a Premium Live Event. That's what we all want. And that's really what it's just all about, you know and you know, of course, you're always going to want to be on the card so but you know at the end of the day you know it's Asuka, Charlotte and me in a Triple Threat and you have Shayna, you have Ronda so we're super excited about those matches on the card. But you know, that's just the competitor in us. You know, we want to be on the card, we want to go to the show and show up and show out and tear the house down and have the best match on the card. You're going to feel a certain way if you're a competitor. And that's just what it is at the end of the day...Competition makes you better. We're all fighting for a spot at the end today."

As noted by Belair, SummerSlam will still host two women’s matches, though with names like Lynch, Stratus, and even World Champion Rhea Ripley missing out, many are not happy.
