Big E Reportedly Moved To WWE Monday Night Raw Roster

The new WWE Champion has a new home

Following his WWE Championship victory over Bobby Lashley this week, Big E will reportedly be a permanent fixture of the Monday Night Raw roster moving forward.

Big E, who has been on the Friday Night SmackDown brand since the 2020 Draft last October, travelled to Raw this week with the intention of cashing in his Money In The Bank contract. The 35-year-old did exactly that, pinning Lashley to win the Title after the All Mighty had successfully defended it against Randy Orton in the show's main event.

PWInsider is now reporting that, having claimed the top Championship on WWE's red brand, Big E is set to be a permanent member of the Raw roster.

The switch means Big E is reunited with his New Day stablemates Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, after the trio was split during last year's Draft. The singles run allowed Big E to establish himself, winning the Intercontinental Title and the Money In The Bank contract before his Championship victory on Monday.

Reports earlier this year indicated that the plan was for Big E to be switched to Raw anyway during the upcoming 2021 WWE Draft, with one report saying the original idea was for Big E to win the WWE Title on the very same night.
