Big E Says He Wants To Make The "Smart Decision" On His In-Ring Future

Big E wants to protect his body and health in the future

Big E has not competed in a professional wrestling match since March 2022 when he suffered from a broken neck. There has been very little in terms of news or development on a return to the ring for Big E ever since.

When appearing at the red carpet of the premiere of Montez Ford’s & Bianca Belair’s reality show “Love & WWE: Ford & Belair”, Big E was asked about his future as an in-ring performer by Denise Salcedo of F4WOnline.

"...So when I think about the damage I have done to my body over the years, I just want to be smart, because this is the one body I get and I have to carry it throughout my 40s, 50s hopefully and beyond. So that's the goal. I just want to make a smart decision and I am just so grateful to feel so good, to have no restrictions and I want to be smart with whatever decision I make."

Big E fractured both C1 and C6 vertebrates, and he was informed by some doctors that he may never be able to wrestle again. It has now been two years since then, and there has been little movement on this front.
