Billy Gunn is a heel for the first time since 2017.

The 57-year-old has been a babyface during his AEW run as part of The Gunn Club with sons Austin and Colten, but the Nightmare Family members turned heel during the September 1 edition of Dynamite.

After QT Marshall called out Paul Wight ahead of their All Out match, the former Big Show marched to the ring and fought off The Factory. Wight was then joined by The Gunn Club who looked set to stand tall to end the segment, but Billy suddenly decked Wight with a chair shot from behind.

An upset Wight looked at his former friends before Billy delivered a chair shot to the former World Heavyweight Champion's skull as a stunned QT Marshall watched on.

The Gunn Club then exited the ring and The Factory attacked the fallen Wight to bring the segment to an end.

This is the first time Billy Gunn has been a heel since his New Japan Pro-Wrestling run in 2017, when he challenged Hiroshi Tanahashi for the IWGP Intercontinental Championship.
