Bobby Lashley Returns To WWE Programming On SmackDown

Bobby Lashley is back on WWE TV

It has been around three months or so since former WWE Champion Bobby Lashley’s last appearance on WWE programming, but last night on the July 15 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, he made his return.

In an interesting development, The Almighty’s comeback came in a backstage segment rather than any sort of match, in which Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford of the Street Profits tag team were shown waiting in the parking lot. Lashley rolled up in a limo, before the three agreed to go and “talk” somewhere else,, as they all got back into the vehicle as it drove away.

Lashley’s last involvement on the blue brand came all the way back during the World Heavyweight Championship tournament in May where he came up short in the finals against AJ Styles. It has also been a fair few weeks since the Street Profits were featured on WWE TV too, so this seems as though there are plans for a new faction in the offing perhaps.
