Bobby Lashley Vs. Drew McIntyre Announced For May 10 WWE Raw

Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre will meet in singles action on the May 10 episode of Monday Night Raw. 

The two, who clashed over the WWE Championship at WWE WrestleMania 37 in April, will meet in a rematch just six days before the duo are joined by Braun Strowman in a Triple Threat Match for the WWE Title at WrestleMania Backlash on Sunday 16 May. 

McIntyre lost to Strowman in a coin toss to determine who would face Lashley on the May 3 episode of Raw, with Strowman being defeated by The All Mighty WWE Champion in the show's main event. McIntyre would involve himself in that match, before hitting both competitors with Claymores to end Raw.

It was confirmed after that match that McIntyre would get his shot at Lashley in singles, non-title action, next week. 

Lashley has not been pinned since the start of 2021 while McIntyre has struggled for consistency since losing the WWE Championship to The Miz, who cashed in his Money In the Bank Contract at Elimination Chamber 2021 in February.
