Bobby Lashley Vs. Karrion Kross And Several Huge Names Set For Next Week's SmackDown

WWE have announced a match and multiple top names for next week's SmackDown

Friday Night SmackDown is certainly heating up ahead of WrestleMania 40, and next week’s show on March 8 from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas has several huge stars lined up.

The Rock will be back on SmackDown for the second consecutive week, continuing a frequent WWE schedule in 2024 as he is set to compete for the first time since 2013 (are we really counting his match against Erick Rowan?) at WrestleMania. Additionally, Cody Rhodes & World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins of Monday Night RAW will be appearing on SmackDown to address the tag team challenge laid out by The Rock for Night One of WrestleMania. This challenge has stipulations stating that if The Rock & Roman Reigns win, then the following night’s main event between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes will be under “Bloodline Rules”, whereas if Rhodes & Rollins win, The Bloodline will be banned from the match.

WWE’s United States Champion Logan Paul will also be back on SmackDown for the first time since his attack on Randy Orton inside the Elimination Chamber where he cost The Viper a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40.

Finally, the only match announced thus far for SmackDown will see Bobby Lashley and Karrion Kross finally go one-on-one after their two factions have been engaging in battle over the last month or so.
