Bobby Lashley Wants Lio Rush Back In WWE

Lashley wants his old manager in The Hurt Business

Bobby Lashley would love to see Lio Rush back in the WWE as a member of the Hurt Business.

Lashley was previously paired with Rush during a run which saw the 'All Mighty' win the Intercontinental Championship.

The 44-year-old now holds the WWE Championship and was running as the Chief Hurt Officer of The Hurt Business until Monday Night Raw, when he forcibly removed Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin from the group.

With a potential couple of vacancies now in his stable, Lashley as asked who he could potentially see joining up to his faction, with the WWE Champion naming his former associate as a potential member.

Speaking on the Battleground Podcast, he said: "There’s a lot of people I look at and say, ‘hmmm, there’s a possibility.’ If I start throwing names out and speculation would go.

"[Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott] been looking rough lately. He has that rough style. We were trying to pull Apollo [Crews] over, but he found his niche on SmackDown, which I love. There are a few women we would love to be able to talk to if that were the case. I can’t really say any names. Naomi looks prime and ready to beat some people up.

"Can’t speculate and throw stuff out because I don’t know where we’re going, it’s only fantasy booking. I don’t know where Lio [Rush] is at. I like Lio and always loved Lio. Bring him back."
