Bobby Lashley Wants WWE WrestleMania 39 Match Against Brock Lesnar

There is unfinished business between Lashley and Lesnar

After lobbying for a match with Brock Lesnar for years, Bobby Lashley finally got his wish at this year's Royal Rumble.

Lashley won the match, beating The Beast for the WWE Title (with some help from Roman Reigns).

Brock would regain the title weeks later at Elimination Chamber, though Lashley was not pinned or submitted, as WWE ran an angle to remove him from the bout (since he was suffering from a legitimate shoulder injury).

During a recent appearance on WWE's The Bump, The All Mighty called for a rematch with Lesnar, highlighting next year's WrestleMania 39 as a preferred location.

"Right now everybody is looking at…we're in LA [Los Angele] next year, right, for WrestleMania? If we're in Hollywood it's a big matchup. For me, I've always had these really tough challenges going into WrestleMania, which, of course, this one, has to be another big one. Me and Brock, we still have a little score to settle. I have a win over him and then he ended up winning my title back but we're not done. We're not done, that's first off".

Lashley is set to wrestle Omos and MVP in a 2-on-1 handicap match at Hell in the Cell on June 5.
