Booker T Thinks Paige Will Be Back In The Ring "Very, Very Soon"

On this the most recent edition of The Hall of Fame podcast, former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Booker T said that he believes Paige will be back wrestling again very soon. 

Paige recently revealed that she will leave WWE once her contract expires on July 7, as the company have not taken up an option to re-sign her. 

Discussing the prospect of his former WWE Backstage colleague entering the squared circle again after being forced to retire due to a neck injury, the two-time WWE Hall of Famer said: 

"I'm going to tell you right now, Paige is going to be back inside the squared circle very, very soon. I don't have any inside information. I just know how much she loves the business. I know how much her family loves the business and how well connected they are to the love of this game.

"Paige went out, not on her own terms. Paige is somebody that is definitely going to step back inside that squared circle to prove that she is still one of the best female superstars that ever got in the ring. Trust me on that. I don't know when it's going to happen, but I just got a feeling in my bones that it is going to happen real, real soon".

Paige's last match was a six-person tag team match at a WWE live event on December 27, 2017. During the bout she suffered the injury that would ultimately lead to her in-ring retirement months later.
