Bray Wyatt Passed Away Following Heart Attack

Details of Bray's tragic passing have been revealed.

WWE star Bray Wyatt passed away following a heart attack, it has been confirmed. Wyatt (real name Windham Rotunda) passed away yesterday, at the age of 36.

Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp published details of his passing with the permission of Rotunda's family.

Posting on X (formerly Twitter), Sapp wrote

"I was given permission to reveal that earlier this year Windham Rotunda (Bray Wyatt) got COVID that exacerbated a heart issues. There was a lot of positive progress towards a return and his recovery. Unfortunately today he suffered a heart attack and passed away. I encourage those reading to respect the family's privacy if at all possible, but his loved ones wanted some details clarified"

Rotunda had been absent from WWE television since March while he recovered from the illness. Both he and WWE were taking extra precautions ahead of his mooted return to TV.

Wyatt resurfaced in WWE at the end of Extreme Rules 2022, having been released in July 2021.

Cultaholic would like to extend our condolences to the family, friends and fans of Bray Wyatt.
