Britt Baker: If Other Wrestlers Want To Face Me, They Can Come To AEW
DMD has thrown down the gauntlet
In the wake of teasing a free agent singing with AEW, Dr. Britt Baker revealed that she signed a new long-term deal with AEW, committing her future to the company.
During an appearance at Planet Comic-Con, Baker talked how she is proudly part of the hottest wrestling promotion on the planet, and if the best wrestlers want to face her they’ll have to come to AEW:
"I’m not going anywhere because I'm in the hottest professional wrestling company on the planet. I don't need to go anywhere. They can come here, and that's fine, but I have no desire to go anywhere because they can all come to us,”
Baker continued:
"Everyone has their own different path. I'm the baddest bitch of the block in AEW and, again, if they want to come to me I welcome them all with open arms. Please step foot in my ring."
Baker is the current reigning and defending AEW Women’s World Champion, and is putting the title on the line against Kris Statlander at All Out on Sunday September 5.
