Britt Baker Reveals When She'll Be Returning To The Ring In AEW

The Role Model will be out of action for a while...

Ahead of the Double Or Nothing pay-per-view, All Elite Wrestling had a mini-crisis as Rey Fenix, Britt Baker, and Matt Jackson all picked up injuries on the go-home edition of Dynamite. Jackson was able to fight through the pain and compete in the Stadium Stampede match, but Fenix and Baker were both ruled out for the show.

AEW President Tony Khan gave updates on both stars at the Double Or Nothing media scrum and said the Death Triangle member would be back "soon" while The Role Model will be out for six to eight weeks.

Fans will have to wait a little while longer for Dr. Baker to step inside the squared circle again, however, as Britt revealed on last night's episode of Dynamite that she will return to the ring at the All Out pay-per-view on September 5. She made the announcement after she unveiled a grand conspiracy in which referee Aubrey Edwards allegedly schemed to ensure she picked up an injury.

How this potential feud with Aubrey develops remains to be seen. The AEW official has previously said she doesn't want to be involved in any storylines or angles so this could very well just be a one-time thing.
