During their run as The Broken Hardy's in TNA, Matt and Jeff hosted Total Nonstop Deletion from the Hardy Compound on December 15, 2016. The special event was main evented by Tag Team Apocalypto, a cinematic elimination match for the TNA World Tag Team Championship.

The Broken Hardy's ultimately secured victory after Jeff hit a Twist Of Fate on Crazzy Steve over a volcano and the Decay member was fired into the ring so Matt could make the cover.

It was the four-year anniversary of the special event yesterday and IMPACT Wrestling Digital Producer Garrett Kidney revealed Tag Team Apocalypto almost ended with Broken Matt deleting all of TNA Wrestling to kick off a rebrand. The Multifarious One then confirmed the story was true.

Kidney tweeted: "There was a pitch at the time that at the end of Apocalypto, Matt Hardy would DELETE all of TNA to facilitate a rebrand."

TNA ultimately rebranded as IMPACT Wrestling only a few months later in March 2017 after Anthem bought the company.
