Bronson Reed has described Rhea Ripley as a 'one in a million' individual and is immensely proud of her journey to WWE.
Both Reed and Ripley are from Adelaide, Australia and each of them currently hold Championship gold. Ripley is the Raw Women's champion, having beaten Asuka at WWE WrestleMania 37, while Reed claimed the North American Title from Johnny Gargano on NXT last week.
Reed has recalled first meeting Ripley when she was just a teenage fan of wrestling and is proud of how quickly she has risen to being one of WWE Raw's top stars.
Reed told Give Me Sport: I think the absolute world of Rhea Ripley. She's an incredible talent, [and] one in a million. I, fortunately, have been able to see her career even from before coming to WWE because we're both from the same hometown, Adelaide.
"So maybe five, six years into my journey as a local wrestler, she used to be a fan that used to come out and actually watch me. I remember getting to see Rhea Ripley as a young teenage fan in the crowd, to then starting the business and excelling really quickly, like even just on the local stage."
