Chelsea Green Hospitalised Following WWE WrestleMania 39

Chelsea Green has revealed she was hospitalised following WrestleMania 39 with a severe stomach bug and distended gall bladder. 

Posting a photo of herself in a hospital bed on Twitter, Green wrote: "I thought I celebrated my first Mania too hard… turns out I actually had a severe stomach bug & a distended gall bladder. (Thank god the manager of the ER took care of me. Will NOT be filing any complaints this weekend.)"

The former IMPACT Knockouts World Champion was in action at WrestleMania 39 as she teamed with new tag team partner Sonya Deville in the Women's Showcase Match to take on Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez, Natalya & Shotzi, and Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler. Green had plenty of moments to shine but it was Rousey and Baszler who picked up the win after Rousey locked in an Armbar on Shotzi, forcing her to tap out. 

Green is currently in her second run in WWE, having returned to the company at January's Royal Rumble pay-per-view. She has portrayed a Karen character since her return and is often seen complaining backstage.
