CM Punk Reveals If He's 'All In' Or Not

Is it a work or a shoot, brother?

After being heavily rumoured to be a surprise special guest for Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks' All In on 1 September, CM Punk has revealed he will not be part of the event in an interview with MMAFighting.com ahead of UFC 225.

In fact, Punk revealed that he hasn't even been asked directly to be part of the show, which of course sold out its 10,000 seat capacity in just under half an hour. "It's not happening," he said.

"Nobody has ever asked me, like straight up asked me, to come wrestle for them. Nobody. [People have said] hey, if you ever wanna do anything. Nobody's ever been like, 'hey, here's the deal, we're having a show, we're paying you X amount and you're working this guy. Whaddaya say, yes or no?' Nobody's ever done that."

This will come as a shock to fans of now defunct British promotion 5 Star Wrestling who famously made an ambitious $1 million dollar (£770,000) offer to The Straight Edge Superstar to join their ranks.

Even if The Bucks and Cody did make him an offer to appear, the two-time WWE Champion revealed that would have said no - but he hasn't completely closed the door on a potential return to the squared circle: "I feel like I'm out and the future is yet to be written, it's a wide-open book, it's my story to tell. I'm just being real, I'm not going to sit here and be like, 'No! No!' Something might come up, some fun might be had.

"Right now my heart and my mind and my focus is 100% on Saturday and fighting. So does that mean fighting beyond Saturday? To me, that means yes."

Of course, this is all a massive work, isn't it? He's going to be in that bear costume, isn't he? We'll just have to wait and see.
