Damage CTRL Regain WWE Women's Tag Team Titles Following Nikki Cross Attack At Crown Jewel

Only five days after they lost the titles, Damage CTRL have regained the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships at today's Crown Jewel pay-per-view in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Dakota Kai and IYO SKY looked set to lose the match as Alexa Bliss set up for Twisted Bliss on Kai. A brawling IYO SKY and Asuka suddenly rolled into the ring, though, distracting the official, and an interfering Nikki Cross suddenly took advantage, taking out her former tag team partner Bliss.
A confused Dakota Kai then made the cover for the 1-2-3 after the referee stopped being distracted.
With the win, Dakota Kai and IYO SKY are two-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. Their first reign lasted 49 days before they dropped the belts to Alexa Bliss and Asuka on this week's edition of Monday Night Raw. Both Kai and SKY are also former NXT Women's Tag Team Champions, with Kai having twice held the gold with Raquel Rodriguez. Sky had one reign in NXT with Zoey Stark.
